The renter signs an agreement prior to the rental period. Upon delivery, an instruction ride takes place with a member of the PassionWithoutLimits team and the car is inspected together. Hirer agrees to an own risk of € 5,000,-. This amount (minus the downpayment of € 1,000,-) must be paid as a deposit no later than 7 days prior to the rental date and will be reserved for possible damage. If the remaining balance is sufficient, the rental price (plus fuel costs and any additional kilometers driven) will be deducted from this after the rental period. If the remaining balance is insufficient in case of damage, the rental price must be paid separately afterwards.
During the PWL Experience and Tunnelruns employees of the PassionWithoutLimits team will ride with the group, give necessary instructions and take all possible precautions for a safe trip. Only in case of a wedding it is allowed to use the vehicle unaccompanied.
